What We're Useful For

Flagging an error on a page: that's the message that helps us the most. Tell us the page's address and what's wrong, and we'll check it and correct it, dating the correction.

We're also happy to help with dimension questions: what length in front of a certain sofa, what height with a certain seat, how to measure a walkway. That's our subject.

What We Can't Do

We don't sell anything and we don't ship anything. For an order, a delivery, a return, a refund or a missing part, you'll need to contact the retailer you bought from — we have no access to any customer account.

We also don't produce personalised room layouts, and we don't recommend a specific model by private message: everything we know is already on the pages.

Your Data

Messages we receive are used only to reply to you. We keep them for twelve months, then delete them. They are never sold or used to send you anything else.

You can ask at any time for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, at the same address. Full details are on our Privacy Notice page.
